This is the most important step in our process of beginning our relationship. Via the intake form you will tell me everything that is currently happening in that department of your business. You will also provide me access to that area of your business so that I can begin to do a thorough audit.
Department Audit
I will spend 48 hours auditing the department. During my audit I create a plan of action that will be used for the first month of our working together.
The work
After you've reviewed the 30-day plan, you will provide any necessary assets needed for me to get to work. (This may include photos, videos, links, promotions calendar/schedule, etc.
When the month is over, we'll review your results together and discuss opportunities to continue working together.
